Admission Policies
Western Exhibitors fairs and shows are not open to the public. They are open to the TRADE and their guests.

ALL ATTENDEES - PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
For safety and liability reasons, strollers, backpacks, and pets (other than guide animals) are not allowed at any time on the exhibit floor.
The taking of photographs, videos, etc. on the exhibit floor is strictly prohibited without prior written approval of Show Management.
Guests of Buyers: Yes, guests are allowed.
Children: No registration offered.
Children under the age of 14 are strongly discouraged from attending the show and are only eligible to be issued a Guest badge for a fee. Children with guests badges must be accompanied by a registered attendee at all times who is a legal adult . Infants in front packs are the only exception. Children are never permitted in the San Francisco or Seattle Gift Centers, no exceptions.
Registered Buyers: The following credentials are required to register as a buyer.
(This includes storefronts or home-based retailers, internet retailers, etc. If you are an Interior Designer, please present proof of your professional affiliation and photo ID in addition to the above.)
Group 1: Proof of business (provide one)
a) California State Seller's Permit
b) Fictitious Business Registration
c) Business License
d) Retail Tax Certificate
e) Master License (Washington state)
Group 2: Proof of relationship to gift industry (provide one)
a) Five wholesale gift-related invoices. (each invoice must be over $200 and reflect multiple piece orders placed in the last 12 months)
b) A picture of your store front with the name showing.
Group 3: Proof of employment with business. (Present one of the following, with personal photo ID, for each employee requiring a badge)
a) A personalized, imprinted business card (not typed or handwritten) with store and employee name on it.
b) A payroll check, check stub, or W-2 form.
c) A company credit card or insurance card.
d) A permanent pass from a Gift or Furniture Mart.
